Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients:

 

2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes

1 can cream chicken soup (or any cream soup)

1 pint sour cream

½ cup onions chopped

8 ounces cheddar cheese

¼ cup melted margarine

2 cups crushed chips or breadcrumbs

 

Directions:

 

Mix all ingredients (except margarine).

Pour into a greased 9×13 dish. Top off with the melted margarine and 2 cups of crushed chips or breadcrumbs.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes till golden brown on top.

 

This is our large party favorite or for Easter Sunday with a Honey Baked Ham!  But be sure to make more than one tray as they go very quickly and … buy the hash browns early as they sell out at the grocery store before the holidays!
