Homemade Irish Cream

Ingredients:

8 ounces whiskey (I use IRISH)

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 pint heavy cream (2 Cups)

8 ounces light cream or half and half (1 Cup)

2 eggs

½ teaspoon coconut extract

1/3 Cup chocolate syrup (I use Hershey’s)

1 tablespoon instant coffee

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender with some crushed ice or pour over a few cubes and serve.

Note: you do not have to use the eggs …

This is a great hostess gift to pour into a nice pitcher with a bow!
