Walnut Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 C walnuts
1/2 clove garlic or 1 t minced garlic
2 T Braggs Aminos or low sodium Tamari
1/2 C or more water

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or Vitamin

Keep refrigerated and serve over kale or red skin potatoes.

We love this over green beans, kale or as a salad dressing.
Recipe makes a small amount you can double the recipe if you wish.
