Flank Steak Marinade
Ingredients:
Juice from one lemon
1/2 C soy
1/4 C red wine
3 T oil
2 T worcestershire sauce
1 large clove garlic crushed
1 lb flank steam
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Pour over steak in large ziploc bag.
Marinade for 2-12 hours in the refrigerator.
This was Coleen’s favorite dish to make for parties and family dinners.
Sliced thin and serve with cheese potatoes and salad.
